Summary: Releasing Tiers, English and Russian streams and completed games!

Additions

Added a complete field on LoL, CS:GO and Dota2 games. This field will let you know when a game's data has been locked on Pandascore's side and will no longer be subject to any changes.
Added a tier field on Series. Series tiers are S, A, B, C, or Unranked.
Added english and russian fields on Matches, that contain raw_url and embed_url fields.

Changes

Players birth_year and birthday have been moved from Free Plan to Historical Plan

Deprecation

Matches live_url has been replaced by official_stream_url and will be removed in a future release.
