Counter-Strike
Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) is a 5-versus-5 tactical first-person shooter. Two teams (Counter-Terrorists (CT) and Terrorists (T)) alternate sides across rounds played on a fixed pool of maps. Terrorists win a round by eliminating all CTs or detonating the bomb; Counter-Terrorists win by eliminating all Ts, defusing the bomb, or running down the clock.
See list of maps with the CS > List maps endpoint.

⚠️ Endpoint naming: /csgo/, not /cs2/
All Counter-Strike endpoints use the /csgo/ prefix for legacy reasons.
Match structure: maps as games
A CS2 match is a best-of series (typically Bo1, Bo3, Bo5). Each game in PandaScore corresponds to one map. Regulation play is first to 13 rounds (MR12); a 12–12 tie goes to overtime, played in groups of 6 rounds (MR3 per side) until a winner emerges.
